Job description

Field-based position covering the following regions: Marijampolė, Kaunas, Vilnius, Alytus

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively acquiring new clients and building as well as maintaining long-term relationships with existing partners
  • Achieving sales and marketing targets in line with company objectives
  • Representing the company at conferences, training sessions, and industry trade fairs
  • Regular reporting of sales activities in accordance with established standards
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles within the medical sector
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
  • English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
  • Lithuanian language proficiency at a minimum of C2 level
  • Higher education degree (preferred fields: veterinary medicine, biology, animal science, or related)
  • Valid category B driving license and willingness to work in a mobile/field-based role

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the Lithuanian veterinary market
  • Polish language proficiency
