3.1 The Portal collects the User’s personal data, which he voluntarily provides after registering on the Portal (registering an employer or job seeker account) or using other services provided by the Portal.
3.2 The Portal collects information about the User: name, surname, position, e-mail address, telephone number, city in which the person works, personal data related to the professional field of activity of the User.
3.3 We also collect data automatically when you use our services. We record, for example, which of our services you use, which pages you visit and how you behave on our website, which technologies you use, whether you use a computer, tablet or mobile phone and which browser you use when browsing the portal, what IP address – the address you are using and similar information.

4. What do we use personal data for?

4.1 To transfer data to natural persons who are looking for work for the purpose of employment. To transfer data to company representatives for recruitment purposes. To process and administer the purchase (order) of user services. To identify the User in the information systems of the Portal. To identify the user when logging into their account on the Portal. To issue financial documents of ordered services. To solve problems related to the provision and use of services. To communicate with the Service User. For direct marketing purposes. 7.1 We will process your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, but no more than 3 (three) years from the date of your last connection to the system.
