1. Basic provisions
1.1 Refunds are made only upon request User;
1.2 Submit a request to the owner of the Portal, MB “StSolutions”, code 306097411, regarding the return of funds, the User may, in in writing to info@work-in.lt;
1.3 The deadline for submitting a return request is made during the deadline provision of services;
1.4 The owner of the portal undertakes within 3 days from the date of receipt e-mail letters, consider the request;
1.5 Refunds are only possible to the card or bank account from which service was paid. In the event of a refund, actual crediting to a bank card can take up to 7 business days days (this period depends on your bank);
1.6 Refunds for services are made in an amount equivalent to the cost of the service or the period in which the service was not provided;
2. Money is returned if:
2.1 The announcement was removed by the Portal during moderation;
2.2 The service was not provided, or was provided incorrectly according to the reason for any technical problem;
3. Funds are not returned if:
3.1 The validity period of the paid service has ended;
3.2 The ad was rejected during moderation, about which the User was informed by e-mail, but did not take any action no action for editing;
3.3 For unused services, if the service has expired;
3.4 For unused services in the package, if the validity period of the package services ended;
3.5 Announcement removed for violation of the “Terms of Use” or in links to confirmed complaints;
3.6 The client himself removed the ad with active, correctly provided data;
3.7 The paid service works correctly;
3.8 Request for refund was submitted after expiration of the term for the provision of the service;
